Less than two decades old this arboretum in Lachine's Park LaSalle took on a surreal appearance during the storm.

While damage to the arboretum as a whole was not heavy, many pine trees were totally crushed under the weight of the ice.

The contrasts of maple & pine tree greys & greens on a natural white background of snow render this print suitable for a glaring corner in need of attenuating. You can almost smell the evergreens.
